Copious Semen Production and the Female Response

Hello All,
This is sort of a thought topic. Feedback, opinions, experiences, etc., would be illuminating.
I'm 26 and just got out of a 2 1/2 year relationship, so my current partner is my newest one in quite some time. We just started being sexually active about a week ago. We haven't had sex yet, though we've managed to have a decent amount of oral sex (both ways) in the past week. Everything has been going very well, though there is one issue, and she and I are not yet at the point where we're immediately open about everything; we're really just finding that groove.
The issue however, is that when I acheive an orgasm I produce a lot of semen (I'm not really sure what the nature of these submissions is, so for now I'll leave my description at 'a lot'). My ex-girlfriend was very enthusiastic about it, so it was never a negative issue. With this new partner, I'm not sure how she feels. Sometimes she seems like she likes it, others she seems a bit overwhelmed or uncomfortable.
I know the best thing to do is to talk to her about it, and I intend to. I suppose I'm looking for some empathy, advice, suggestions, etc.
Thanks.
Brian
